Another amazing Night

We prepared and delivered 10 x VIP buffet platters to one of our clients.

Everything was made fresh as we always do.

 Some of the ingredients we produced in house were:

Quince Marmellow, Fig Chutney, Pulled pork, Pulled Chicken, Caramelized onion chutney. Caramel apple chutney.

Some of the special things we prepped: 

Peeled grapes, Gold leaf, Quince jelee stars, U shapes pastry cases to hold the honey and mustard sausages,Vegan caviar.
