Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Millionaires Chef.
By booking our private chef services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your event.
- Bookings & Payments-Bookings must be paid for in full to secure your booking date. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received and written confirmation has been sent.

Cancelation. If you need to cancel:
More than 14 days before your event 25% of the total cost of your event is retained, any additional payments will be returned to the client.Within 7 days of the event – the full balance is payable.
If Millionaires Chef must cancel due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, all payments made will be refunded in full, or an alternative date offered where possible. - Menus & Dietary Requirements
Menus are agreed in advance. Any changes must be confirmed at least 7 days before the event.
Please notify us of all allergies or dietary requirements when booking.
While every care is taken, we cannot guarantee that any dish is completely free from allergens. however will will notify the customer of any trace elements of allergens. -
Venue & Equipment
The client must ensure the venue has suitable kitchen facilities, running water, electricity, and safe access.
Millionaires Chef will leave the kitchen clean and tidy but cannot be held responsible for existing damage or unsuitable facilities.
Any breakages or damages caused by guests remain the client’s responsibility.
- Travel & Additional Charges
Travel costs may apply for locations outside our standard service area (Cambridge, Suffolk, Essex, Norfolk).
Extra charges may apply for additional staff, equipment hire, or extended service times.. All costs will be agreed at the confirmation of booking the event.

Alcohol & Licensing
Alcohol is not provided unless agreed as part of your booking.
Clients are responsible for complying with all local licensing and alcohol laws.
- Liability
Millionaires Chef holds full public liability insurance.
We are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury caused by guests, venue conditions, or third-party suppliers.
The client is responsible for guests’ behaviour and safety during the event.

Force Majeure
We are not liable for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control, including extreme weather, illness, transport issues, or government restrictions.

Photography & Promotion
With your consent, we may take photographs of dishes and table setups for social media or marketing purposes.
We will never use images of guests without express permission, from them. My staff are willing to have photos taken or take photos of your group for you. Please ask the staff before you take any photos of them. -
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the relevant UK courts. -
