I’m Benton Steinhoff, a Wisconsin-born chef with a foundation in american cuisine, shaped by over a decade in high-performance hotel and resort kitchens.

I have catered for intimate plated dinners to large-scale banquets, weddings, and corporate events—while also serving notable guests including public figures, celebrities, and international clientele.

Alongside my professional career, I’ve developed a strong focus on health, longevity, and functional nutrition. This enables me to create meals that are both indulgent whilst catering for those with specific needs and preferences..

Whether delivering a formal dining experience or a more relaxed, family-style service, I  always ensure that their experience is a memorable one.
