Starter.

A wholemeal bread crumbed Portobello mushroom filled with Baron Bigod cheese, served on a bed of mixed leaves drizzled with truffle oil.

Main Course.

Beef steak braised with Adnams, Broadside Ale, beef stock and a bouquet garni of fresh garden herbs.

Fluffy beef dripping roasted potatoes.

Honey roasted parsnips and carrots.

Winter greens and shallots, cooked in butter and a vegetable stock.

Dessert.

A sugar coated puff pastry oak leaf served with apple compote and caramelised apple balls, accompanied with a quenelle of vanilla ice cream.
