STARTER

Smoked salmon mousse with avocado and lime Drizzle. Served with toasted ciabatta crisps.

Fillet beef strips, seasoned and seared in garlic oil.served with watercress and a bernaise sauce.

MAIN COURSE

Pan seared Pork fillet medallions, in a pink peppercorn sauce with dauphinois potatoes, honey roasted parsnips and mulled wine red cabbage

Roasted confit of duck in a plum, cinnamon and red wine sauce served with buttered snow peas, carrot puree and crispy potato and onion rosti.

DESSERT

Dark belgian Chocolate and orange chiffon mousse served with a Holly leaf tuille biscuit.
