1. Real Ale braised beef brisket, with roasted chateau potatoes,sage green beans and honey roasted carrots.

2. Chicken breast filled with cumberland sausage and wrapped in bacon. served with pave potatoes, broccoli and chantenay carrots.

3. Roasted Mediterranean vegetables with linguine and a arrabiata sauce served with ciabatta garlic bread and side salad.

4. Fillet of pork medallions with a creamy mushroom sauce, served with a quenelle of mustard mash, roasted shallots and savoy cabbage ball.
